Moutard Pere Fils Demi-Sec ChampagneThis is made entirely up of Pinot Noir, and as a demi sec has a good amount of residual sugar (32+ grams per liter). This dosage makes it the ideal pairing match for pastry based desserts and is closer to the historical sweetness of Champagne. The nose opens with light baked apple, some apricots and nectarines with a bit of spice. The palate is just shy of moderate with sweetness and a flavor set of soft citrus, baked apples, and apricot galette.

Decent watch, good design, solid strap. Bad warranty. I spent a little bit more money to get a better quality product with a name brand warranty, and I feel like it was a waste of money. The backlight stopped working within 6 months. I replaced the battery, but it didn't help. I started the process of a warranty repair with Timex, but then found out they have a $8 fee for in-warranty repair. With the cost of the watch being what it is, I'll just deal with the broken backlight. Next time I'll spend less money on cheap disposable non-brand name watches
