Lee Rail Under, Etching by Don SwannDon Swann was an American artist born in 1889. He studied art in Rome and Munich and lived in Baltimore until his death in 1954. Much of his work is in the permanent collections of the U. S. Naval Museum, the Smithsonian, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Library of Congress, as well as many private collections.
