My dog is an extremely aggressive chewer so finding a toy that can survive more than a few days is never easy. This bone has done well for the last couple months. It’s a little bit larger and heavier than I was expecting but isn’t a problem for my German shepherd. It smells fine; at least it isn’t stinky. We play fetch and tug with this toy and there is very little wear and tear and only shows teeth marks. She will sit and chew on the toy for quite a while and seems content while chewing on it.
