the problem with these "cooling" pillows is any cooling effect is almost completely negated by a pillow case. this particular pillow is cool to the touch, but completely useless as it flattens out completely, way too soft I think for anyone. I would not recommend this "NASA" pillow for anyone for anything. Maybe for 10 bucks, but certainly not what they ask for this. I did keep it though. It is "cool" but only for a moment and your flipping it around like any other pillow. also way too soft. BUt, it has been cool enough to get me back to sleep.

I’ve owned several. I toss them about every 5 years because well I haven’t found a way to wash it and not ruin it. I used to buy it at bed bath & beyond before they closed. And it was the same price there. It’s not memory foam. It’s latex. So if you are allergic- buyer beware. But it has a nice little bouncy- ness to it. Which I love. Cradles my head & neck. It has a zippered cover on it you can remove & wash. This one seems to have a thin, protective permanent cover thing on it. I assume so you potentially can wash the pillow. May attempt that in a few months.
