I never write reviews but these are AWESOME! I have had low iron for about 10 years and nothing I’ve tried in the past (changing my diet, other multi-vitamins, prescribed iron supplements, etc.) has ever gotten rid of the fatigue that comes with it. I started taking these about a month ago and I feel like a brand new person! I can get through the day without taking a nap or multiple, which has bettered not only my sleep schedule but my productivity all around! I could not recommend enough. Size and Belching

The softgels are too large and the contents causes belching due to the fish oil included. The fish oil is one of the worst smelling I've ever experienced. Perhaps this would be a better product if they eliminate the fish oil. Women's softgels should be much smaller. If I could send it back I would do so. Since I can't, I threw it away and chalked it up to poor judgement on my part. Definitely a waste of money.
