Barrel insert K9Barrel insert K9 aka 9mm aka . 38 cal It simply inserts into the barrel and is then tightened by an expanding collet. The collet in the picture is anodized aluminum, but the current version is brass. Works well for said calibers when it is impossible or inconvenient to mount your SCATT optical sensor on the barrel, gas cylinder or picatinny rail.

This is a great little book with a variety of pictures and some nice short descriptions to stimulate conversation. My main problem with it is that the pages are thin and when my 5 year old used a marker on them, it bled through 3 pages. (These were not particularly potent markers; if anything they were all bit dry and worn out.) Use crayons and you should be fine.
