Swimmy was one of my daughter's all-time favorite books (we "owned" one of the local library's copies for over a year; we just kept renewing it). Its themes of not being afraid to be different, to be oneself, or to be a leader--and above all, of what can be accomplished through cooperation are messages all children need to hear. The illustrations are so beautiful and the story so delightful that children are not even aware that they are being taught important life lessons.

Swimmy A Loved Favorite!! ❤️

Format: Hardcover

Swimmy is my favorite book to read to my students, children and grandchild! Great discussion on courage, hope, and working together with others to solve a problem ! Love the art work, too!!

My 2.5 year old loves the illustrations

This is a sweet story with really interesting visuals. My daughter loves looking at all the details on the pages and talking about the colors, and designs, etc. as we move through the story. Very sweet.
