The combination of a 7mil top ply and and a 10mil bottom provides a controlled sound but with resonance and sensitivity at all tuning and dynamic ranges. Sound Shaping Technology (SST) rings on the underside reduce unwanted frequencies and enhances attack. The Reverse Dot lends extra durability, focus and attack in the center.

At xxl the shoulders fit well and perhaps the first jacket where the sleeves came down to my wrists and not halfway to my elbows if I reached forward. Love the zipper. The zipper pull is at my right hand side. It is where i would use my right hand to engage and pull it closed. The zipper glides smoothly. The hood is voluminous. There is no string available to control the fit of the hood. As it us the hood is much too large. It makes the jacket look cheap and unfinished. The jacket would be immeasura bly better if the was a bit more fill in the body and a string pull in the face of the hood to bring the fit closer.

This jacket is not super thick or sherpa/fleece lined. But it's great for cooler temperatures, windy days, or staying warm while out on a boat. It's lightweight, cuts the wind and is great for layering. Folding it into the bag makes it ideal for travel and camping
