Waist is about a 36" but could be let out in the back and tied looser. The inside is soft and fuzzy. They are in OK condition. There is some staining. The crotch has some stains and I don't know if its just storage wear or something more gross. The inside crotch area does not look disgusting, so here's hoping its just
