Heart of Darkness - G198818 x 24 4 color silkscreen S N edition of 125 The print was commissioned for G1988s required reading show based on artists re imaginings of classic novels. I wanted my piece to reflect the duality of human nature that is ever present in the novel, thus the stylized yin yang. I cant read this book without thinking of the film Apocalypse Now, which was based on this novel and therefore I wanted an image that could represent both.
