All models are fitted with a compensation diode that can be used to slightly increase the output voltage of the alternator. This compensates for the voltage drop over the diodes in the isolator. The blanket color was as expected, its fabric I believe will keep you warm, and no material odd scents which is good. Not a flaw, but what might matter to some, at least for me, is that in its stitched pattern it has a repeated section that has loose threading. I noted close up of that in my photos. I can see that element of the blanket being something that may snag on things sometimes over time from items you might set on this bed blanket. Nothing to cut much of a rating on but I wouldn’t of wanted this blanket due to that if I saw that design feature up close beforehand.
