WWII U.S. Army Officer's Cotton Overcoat by Phila. Q.M. Depot Size 38R (1945)Description This is an original WWII U. S. Army officer's cotton overcoat manufactured on February 3, 1945, by the Philadelphia Quartermaster Depot. It retains its original removable wool lining and belt. Interestingly, secured to the collar's interior is a tag with Chinese writing. Beneath it is a label which reads "MFG'D FOR GOVERNMENTAL, USE ONLY UNDER PATENT, NOS. RE. 21676 & 2198064". It is a size 38R but please refer to the Measurements section
