Imperial Taper Lock Bush 4040- 2.5/8Taper Lock bushes are suitable for use with Sprockets, Belt Pulleys & couplings Taper lock bushes are used to secure Taper Lock Pulleys, Sprockets or Couplings to Shafts. The Taper lock Bush fits into the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screws are tightened the Taper lock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing the Pulley Sprocket. To remove the bush, you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the bush out.

Instead of constantly going to a shop every time I pick up a screw, I can just plug the tire and get back on the road. The tools in the kit feel solid and it comes with everything you need to do a basic tire plug. I’ve used it a few times already and it works exactly how it should. The plugs hold well and the kit is easy to keep in the trunk so it’s there when you need it. If you drive a lot like I do, it’s honestly just a good thing to have in the car.
