A large fits very well and I wear a 16.5" neck and a 34" sleeve. No shrinkage after many washings.
Color: Brown Gingham, Size: Large
This is my favorite shirt. It is very comfortable and great looking. I purchased the brown Gingham. I like wearing a black T-shirt under it. I wear a large and purchased a large. It is not too tight. With a dress shirt, I wear a 16.5 neck 34" sleeves. It will fit you if you wear a 35" sleeve, I believe. It is machine washable. I have washed it many time with no noticeable shrinkage. It has a shirt or pen pocket.

COOFANDY Men’s Flannel Shirt Jacket
Color: Khaki, Size: Medium
The material has a soft, cozy texture that offers good warmth without being too heavy, haven't washed it yet, but don't think it will shrink, easy to wash, doesn't wrinkle. The size fits comfortably, giving a relaxed but stylish look perfect for layering. Despite being lightweight, it feels very well-made and durable for long-term use. Great comfort, great style, and solid quality overall.
