Part 2/2 Georgian Gold Carnelian Seal FobA lovely Georgian fob with a carnelian intaglio set to the base. C. 1800. The carnelian is engraved with a coat of arms and includes a chequeboard shield, a sword and a floral wreath arrangement. The base is 2. 3 x 1. 7cm in size and the fob is 3. 3cm tall. The metal tests as 9ct gold. Good clean condition. Light wear across piece and to gold. The carved intaglio is in lovely shape. The scalloped gold embellishments are slightly squashed and have gaps
