Trinkwasser 10LNice usable 10L Trinkwasser can. It is of the type which doesn't have markings on the lid, just the bottom marking which is a bit too worn to really make out. It just needs a cleaning. There is a decent amount of the original paint left, enough to use it as is. It would be good to replace the gasket as it is a bit tight and crumbling. We do sell repro replacement gaskets here.

Maestro House Mini Coffee Scale

I have begun to drink tea, pu’erh tea to be specific. I have several varieties and I have had a problem with getting consistent results. The varieties can be very different in size depending on when the leaves are harvested (leaves harvested in spring are much smaller). So the easiest way to get consistent results is by weight. This scale is very easy to use with a ceramic tea scoop, set the tea scoop on the scale, zero it out and add tea leaves. This has made my results much better, without the wild swings in strength I had been getting before trying to eyeball even measures. This scale gives me accurate measurements to one tenth of a gram.

The flavor of this is very smooth and not bitter like some other matchas I’ve tried in the past. It’s very easy to incorporate into water and tastes amazing with soy milk and strawberry syrup. I’d say this is very fresh tasting and smelling. I did have consistent energy throughout the day with no crash which is a plus.
