I was looking for a book that would encourage me to move forward on my creative journey. I love to journal and make paper crafts (including handmade books and cards), but I've never really seen myself as an artist. I was also looking for a Christian tool, because the philosophy is so different. This book is perfect! I'm enjoying the exercises and I'm reminded that God created us in His own image. He is the Creator and I am a co-creator (imagine that). This book is helping me with my daily devotions and I'm moving forward with more artistic pursuits. For those who are looking for a way to improve their relationship with God, and find out how God wants to create through you, this book is immensely useful. It includes scripture and thought provoking exercises. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Janice E. is correct in explaining a creative outlook. It's absolutely part of human existence because of who God is, what he has done, and continues to do. This Pandemic has brought home a fact to me. Whatever tries to control our membership in the human race better learn it cannot totally destroy our spirit. I connect the beginning of my day with prayer and writing a short letter to God where I can ask anything and I can then watch for his answers. Then I seek how I might do creative pieces. Yes, it takes perseverance to excell but the spirit that is creative needs to step forward. Janice E., good job by your warmth and friendly encouragement.
