This item is great! The mount to the vent is secure. The only issue I have is when I want to move the arm to a different position, you have to unscrew the mount, and sometimes it comes undone and I have to attach to the vent again once I get it in the correct position. It could be because of my narrow vent though. It also jiggles a little on bumpy roads, but that is to be expected with something that extends so far. I like that the part that holds the phone doesn't cover the camera, so I can actually take a photo of the road with it. I would definitely recommend and/or buy this again.
