The flashlight is in working order and the leather button tabs are still intact. This one is missing the little sliding cover for the on off buttons which is very commonly missing. Our Lab LOVES everything about this thing! Recommend getting extra durable balls as the 1 included fell apart in 1 hour. I have a very energetic Lab retriever that we have to force to stop playing ball so he does not overheat. That & the force with which you can throw this ball did not help keeping it from splitting it in 2 in less than 1 hour. This is worth the money for the extra throwing power & distance but do invest in the ULTRA strong ball for dogs like retrievers! Also, be sure to order the correct SIZE OF BALL, specific to each different size of throwing wand. My fav thing about this item is #1 the joy my dog gets from the new challenge of racing to catch longer throws, & #2 I don't have to get my hands covered in dog slobber!! He has gotten to where he can almost put it in the cup himself so I won't waste time throwing the ball again! Man, I love that dog!!! ❤️
