Asede Glasbruk, Solifleur Rose or Bud Vase, Small Redseda Glasbruk was a Swedish glass factory operating in Aseda, Kronoberg County, from 1947 to 1977. It was incorporated in 1975 into the Royal Krona group, which dissolved in 1977. This lovely vase, also known as a bone vase, is a vibrant red colour on the stem and rim with a clear bubble base. It is in very good condition. Designed by Aseda's chief designer, Bo Borgstrom. Made in Sweden in the 1960s. Approximate Dimensions 8 5 8" (H), 2 1 4" (W)

It is a true struggle to get my feet into these. I bought size 12, and you would think they'd scale up the opening for larger foot sizes, but no. I feel like I'm going to rip the tag off every time I have to stretch them out to get them on. So far they have held up. (Tip: start with your foot sideways, then rotate the shoe once you get it in halfway to the heel.) That said, these shoes are beautiful and comfortable (once you get them on). They're warm, and they perform well on the snow (after waterproofing).
