It is made of metal at the bicycle structure, painted upcycled newspapers are molded to make the cyclists body which is dressed in Ankara and the wood at bottom is painted using a water based caramel paint. This was inspired by the cycling culture in Africa which is a popular mode of transport. This is an illustration of a man carrying firewood from the forest to his homestead.

It is very nice, I have many watches, but this one is the main one I use for casual wear. One thing I do not like: After about two days of either use or not use, the time gets off, by a couple hours but you can put it back pretty easily. And the "day display" on the watch never stays correct due to the fact that every month doesn't have 31 days in it. But other than that, it is a great watch for show, not to keep track of time.
