Advertised as 4" high/wide, but really they are 4-3/16" high. More drawers where just over 4" in clearance and these would not let the drawer to close. So I cut them down on end side to get them below 4". Now they work fine. Not super tight when put in a drawer that is 19-1/4" in depth, but stay in place when items are added. I gave this 3 stars because of the misleading measurement. Not stated anywhere that these are designed in USA, BUT made in China, this is on the box they came in.

This product made life easier to select to right covering material as well as cutting without the old issues of cutting or tearing off the correct amount. So now all that needs doing pull out the correct amount and slid cutter for a clean edge and correct length. Fantastic !
