I did not have to ship the unit back. That level of service exceeded my expectations. The claim was handled quickly, communication was clear, and the resolution was fair and hassle-free. I purchase an Asurion protection plan with every high-dollar item I buy on Amazon. I’ve had to file a three claims over the years, and each time the experience has reinforced that this coverage is well worth the cost. When something fails outside the manufacturer’s warranty, it’s a relief knowing Asurion stands behind the product. Highly recommended for expensive electronics.

I was waiting for a return ticket you get it repaired and Asurion sent me a full refund. I am so grateful for Asurion and I encourage everyone to get these plans and get the added protection on products NOT made as they once were.
