A Georgian Mahogany Longcase ClockA good Georgian mahogany veneered longcase clock; the arched hood raised on stop fluted columns above a trunk with a flame mahogany veneered door and standing on a plinth base. Retaining a good colour and patination. The 8 day duration mechanism which strikes the hour on a bell with a strike silent facility to the arch. The arched brass dial with a silvered chapter ring and subsidiary seconds ring, with brass spandrels to the corners. Unsigned.
