The texture on the palate is round with prune, dried apricot, and plenty of spice The palate benefits from its lively 43% ABV, which also helps push the flavors through its long finish. ABOUT THE PRODUCER: Olivier Petit is the General Director of the Distillerie des Moisans, a large distillery in the Fins Bois that converts wines into eaux de vie

Honestly, these are expensive. So if you’re not picky or you don’t really care about your beef jerky, then you don’t really need this one. But if your pallet desires the finer beef jerky in life, and this is the way to go. I took a risk with it and I’m glad I did otherwise I would never have experienced this delicious taste before. I can’t describe it to you, just buy it and eat it and you’ll understand, but only if you really care what your beef jerky taste like, if you can’t tell the difference between amazing jerky and awful jerky and don’t worry about it
