Though the ceremony was completed, she could not move on due to deep emotional attachments to the mortal world. After cremation, her relics remained clearly visiblenot only the yoni bone itself, but also fragments of flesh and the seed of life. These rare remnants became the foundation for this amulet. I wouldn't gift these... they seem to start having grinding issues after a few days of use. It feels like the grinding piece is binding / going to break when turning the top. Would not purchase again, and look for more durable item.
