Barossa Wine Cartel Rose"Hand picked Mataro from the deep sands of Vine Vale was blended with hand picked Grenache from Greenock. Both vineyards are certified organic and biodynamic, which is a huge plus for us, and the fruit from both vineyards looked incredible! The grapes were whole bunch pressed using a bag press, to minimise colour in the wine. The natural yeast found on the grapes took care of the alcoholic fermentation, which took place as two separate ferments one
