There are two buttons on each side of the waist, 23" is the smallest setting and 26" is the largest setting. This is the army version of the HBT trousers, meaning the pockets are in the front. There are some stains and fading (mostly faded lines down the center). No attempt has been made to launder it.

Size and Belching

The softgels are too large and the contents causes belching due to the fish oil included. The fish oil is one of the worst smelling I've ever experienced. Perhaps this would be a better product if they eliminate the fish oil. Women's softgels should be much smaller. If I could send it back I would do so. Since I can't, I threw it away and chalked it up to poor judgement on my part. Definitely a waste of money.
