1942 Communications PouchOriginal German leather communications pouch. These are typically seen used with field phone crews and generally contained some basic wire working tools as well and message booklets and writing implements. The internal divider has been removed. It is in otherwise OK condition with some wear on the leather. It is nicely marked with a waffen amt and a maker code with 42. The leather is quite flexible and I was not at all afraid to use the buckle closure

The overall quality is better than I expected. It is polyester and linen blend, seems easy to care. Like the light green color, muted. Sizing is good, size 10 fits well to my more than average weight 9,5 yo. My only complaint is the tie is not matching the suit as it is shown in the picture. Instead they put an ugly/shiny green tie, which we definitely wont use and need to find something else. Also doesnt have the tissel on the jacket. I kinda liked it🙂
