Half way through its 4 hour smoking period, the cheese is carefully turned, allowing the flavour to permeate the whole cheese. While this is a firmer soft cheese, its delicate smokey flavour adds a depth to the taste.

I was a bit skeptical based on the price ($85 total after taxes) but you can tell that for the price, this thing is sturdy and high quality. Holds solid onto the vent and keeps my iPhone in place. Easy to adjust and move to your liking, also easy to turn 90* and have your phone sideways. Only drawback is that is obstructs the view of the clock on my 4Runner and slightly obstructs my windshield, but I am sure I will get used to it.
