We added beef jerky as a new custom product in 1995. The secret to our jerky is very lean cuts of beef seasoned to perfection! We cut and hang each piece by hand before sending it into the smoker. The results are a low fat, mouth watering treat that has become a favorite for many.

Runs large

Runs much larger than I expected. I am 5’4”& 136 pounds. Usually wear a medium or large in some knit tops. So I need to stitch the side seams in hopes it will fit better. I like the weight and softness of the fabric, but really disappointed in the too large armholes. Unwearable for me until I
can sew new side seams.
