I like a medium pillow that lets my head sink in a little bit so my neck isn't cranked at an angle but not to the point where it sinks in completely. You can also scrunch it a little bit. I don't agree, I sleep perfect on these, no neck pain in the morning. Update 04/24 These are actually quite small to be considered queen pillows. They have become firm over the last few days.
