These were first introduced by Adolf Hitler in October 1939 to be awarded to military personnel for exceptional service to the Reich that was not directly related to combat. This particular example is a First Class variant in silvered tombak (zinc alloy). Its pin is marked with a Leistungsgemeinschaft Deutscher Ordenshersteller (LDO) number

Nice shirt but size up one to two sizes.

I love this shirt. it is good quality. I got the clay colored one. I really like it. They do run small. I normally wear a medium. So I got a large. It fits pretty well. It is a tad bit tight, but I am losing weight(145LBS) So far. So it should fit fine in a few weeks. I am 5,2 135Lbs. I probably should have gotten the XL.
