Definitely go up an entire size in these. I used to work at Steve Madden and can tell you with 100% confidence if you're ever buying one of their heels with a pointier toe, you need to go up an entire size or your foot is going to suffer. These are a perfect "high" stiletto, they're definitely not low and I wouldn't say they're a breeze to walk in unless you're used to heels. I will vouch for how comfortable they are though given the height and the shape - they're as comfortable as a heel like this could be for sure! If you have skinnier ankles, definitely recommend punching an extra hole in the strap.

The onlyyyyyy issue I have is that the toe strap is so close to the front and tight (as you can see)!! I got the correct size but wish I didn’t have to stretch them out (which is almost impossible because that leather is stiff).
