BBE Optical Compressor OC-5Bassists and guitarists alike can benefit from a quality optical compressor pedal, but basses have a special challenge: massive signal level spikes compared to guitars. Thats why many bassists want to tightly control signal level. Whether youre just looking to dial in a smoother sound or keep the front end of your amp from clipping, an optical compressor is just the thing. Theres none finer than what youll find in the studio grade, solid state

This relay has experienced failure again after just a couple of months of use. It's not the mag coil that fails but rather the contacts are of such low quality that they corrode beyond their ability to conduct power, and fast. I have had to change two of these so far and am on the third one. The seller will ship replacements but who wants to keep replacing them? I have to travel in my RV with a spare. This relay has never been exposed to the elements. It's safely mounted inside a sealed bay. Be aware of any brands that look like this, they are all the same.

Installed in my RV.

This product works well. It is somewhat difficult to mount. The contact points are a little too close together. These deficiencies are understandable given its low cost and small size.
