The brush itself is powerful and makes my teeth feel really clean, almost like a professional cleaning at the dentist. It works!

I tried these on my teenage son who has pretty yellow teeth after braces. You can’t really tell in pics but in person they made a difference. He hasn’t had any odd side effects or sore gums from using them and said they were easy to use. He wears them for the recommended amount of time although started lower the first time to make sure he wasn’t allergic or anything. But so far great product and we are happy with it!
