W.J.S.39? Göffel Fork SpoonNice example of a German army fork spoon. The last digit of the year is worn off but I am fairly confident it is W. J. S. 39. This one is in nice used condition. There is also a W initial scratched on the back. It does actually still lock in the open position fairly well, maybe not as tightly as I would like, but still much better than most. I do like using original items like this for reenacting as long as you are good about keeping track of these

The shoes that were delivered showed signs of wear. Not sure if this was a used pair or a display pair but this should have been caught from the beginning. I would normally return them, but will be out of the country for the next month and don’t have the time. Unacceptable quality control from the official cole haan store front.
