Folk Art Painted Blanket Box with Barn Star DesignThis is a useful large blanket box that dates to the first half of the 20th Century. The box is made of solid pine and is quite wide and deep and fairly low. It could be used at the foot of a bed for storing blankets and clothes, or perhaps in a lounge as a coffee table with hidden storage. The box has a large lift up lid which is fitted with two chains and the interior is clean and unpainted. The base is set on castors making it easy to move about.

Unfortunately I ended up being very disappointed with this purchase, after about two weeks of use, it just stopped performing. Not sure what happened but it just stopped releasing the ball and I don't know why, it had no flexibility left to it. I'm not doing a very good job of trying to explain why it quit working but suffice it to say, it became useless after a couple of weeks. Broke my neighbors dog's heart, lol.
