Imperial Taper Lock Bush 2517- 1.1/4Taper Lock bushes are suitable for use with Sprockets, Belt Pulleys & couplings Taper lock bushes are used to secure Taper Lock Pulleys, Sprockets or Couplings to Shafts. The Taper lock Bush fits into the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screws are tightened the Taper lock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing the Pulley Sprocket. To remove the bush, you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the bush out.

This is our second purchase of this product. We had the first one for over ten years and we ended up breaking it(our fault). Immediately bought same one. This is a reliable machine. It goes right through thick weeds and rock hard dirt to edge a lawn or trench. Like I said our previous one lasted ten years and worked just as well in year ten never replaced the blade once. This one came with a back up blade as well which is a bonus. Highly recommend this. Easy to assemble. Takes five minutes. Durable. Powerful. There is hieght adjustment as well. Well worth the price!
