ALL OUT sends out a continuous pulse train no matter what is programmed in the matrix. It is a direct output of the pulser. MATRIX sends out individual pulse patterns as programmed in the matrix.

I was buying these at the store and they are hard to find and more expensive.The reason these are special for me ,they are gentle ,they are more moist than others that are almost dry sometimes and they are not irritating to eyes The others irritate my eyes terribly .These do not .You can remove eye makeup easily with no irritation .They are the best and the.
