It includes the connector box and handset but it is missing the crank which would have been stored inside the phone cover. The phone is dated 1944. Some of the cords are frayed. The threads on the speaker side of the handset have a missing missing segment; the pieces have no problem staying on, but they can be tricky to line up. I was not able to test it to confirm if it is working properly.
