El Tesoro Blanco Tequila(Head of Operations: Jenny Camarena) CRITICAL ACCLAIM: Look for a bold, vegetal aroma marked by bell and jalapeo pepper. The palate is fairly spicy up front, with black pepper and jalapeo sparks against a vegetal core.
