ECO COVER allows working indoors without harmful fumes. Fast drying formula, toughens the fabrics and the underlying wood and creates a strong bond. Creates an air tight, fuel proof, non sagging finish. Can be painted over with most paints, please test before final painting. Application: Use 90% (10% thinned) for first cover on tissue
