Brute De Forge Hefty AEBL Stainless SantokuThis blade is an as forged Santoku. I started thicker and have a slower taper on the blade,making it hefty compared to my normal chef knives. The balance is about an inch forward of the heel, The spine is 0. 14(~9 64) at it s thickest. the heel height Is around 2 1 4" or so. The steel is the real fun part.
