Navy Nurse and Sacony tailor labels (the Navy Nurse label is loose). The shoulder boards snap in place (the snap is not tight, it doesn't seem to come off of its own, but is also not hard to unsnap).

There was obviously care and thought put into the creation of this neat little book. I was expecting something along the lines of the "Book of" series from a few years ago, but this has lots of little cool touches that make it stand out. It is a bit pricey, and you can read the whole thing is an hour or less, but it is a book I would love to revisit from time to time and show to friends, so it's worth the cost.
