Dyan's Dylusions Archival Mini Ink Pads by Ranger, are an all purpose ink which dries on most surfaces (paper, card, wood, fabric, vellum, tissue, stone, transparencies (given time to dry) and Yupo. The ink is a permanent, water and fade resistant dye based formula within a raised felt stamp pad.
