Nedra Glover Tawwab microdoses the reader with hope, love, kindness, peace, compassion, healthy boundary setting, and recommitment of our vows to ourselves. She offers these reflections in a way that you feel like you are talking to a good friend. Gentle and loving. Some reflections are reminders for me. Some share new information. Some offer suggestions on how to do boundaries and self care in new ways. I highly recommend this book. Like me, it might be hard for you to stop at just one page...
