I wanted to get my teeth professionally whitened and have never done stripes before, but the professional whitening was quoted at $700 so I thought this would be a good start instead. I have done them a few times and the teeth get sensitive the next day but thats to be expected and no more than usual, then goes back to normal. I have mixed feelings about these whitening strips. On the positive side, they absolutely do what they promise, my teeth are noticeably whiter, and the actual whitening results were fantastic. I was very careful to follow the instructions exactly and made sure I only left them on for the strictly recommended amount of time, but I still experienced intense, lingering sensitivity afterward. But if you are prone to sensitivity at all, I would definitely proceed with caution!
