PCA Bulk Cement - Rugby Cement - Pack 8Built by CFMF of France for wagon leasing company STS (later VTG), the 50 PCA bulk cement wagons of the PC017B design diagram began entering service in 1982. A further batch of 15 wagons was manufactured in 1985 by another French firm, Fauvet Girel, and assigned the PC017C design code. Companies such as Blue Circle and Rugby Cement have leased these vehicles during their time in traffic.

This is our second one of these, which really speaks to how much my dog loves it… it’s cute and just the right size for my Vizsla. She absolutely loves playing with it… it’s chewable and has a nice squeaker, but I’m not so sure of its durability. Our first one lasted about a month, and this one just a couple of weeks. The stitching at the tip seems to give away first, then the find. Sadly, you gotta throw it away when you see the first signs of the stuffing.
