These arrived shrink wrapped and when put down as throw rugs, are lumpy. They are a little less so after 10 minutes on air fluff in the dryer. They look nice and fit my bedroom well but I’m concerned about walking over them since I prefer a level surface that is even. Customer support does NOT exist.
